As you’ll know by reading my blog over the past few days I’ve been down in London although the prime reason was not for plane spotting. On our return journey home we broke our journey at the Travelodge Birmingham International Airport. It really was a spotters paradise. I stayed on the top floor (level 6) and had a view right over the apron. For any of my fellow spotters it’s a great location but binoculars would be needed if you wanted to get registrations etc.
