Delta Airlines Boeing 717 has made a successful emergency landing in Charlotte without a nose gear deployed at the front of the aircraft. The flight DL1092 was operating from Atlanta when there aircraft deployed its landing near and the nose wheel didn’t deploy. Upon landing the aircraft safety slides were inflated for the passengers and crew to disembark the aircraft.
There were no injuries to anyone on board. The National Transport Safety Board are now investigating the cause of the failure.
