Jet2 has revealed plans for increased capacity to various destinations, including additional flights from Glasgow to Dalaman in Turkey. Starting from March 14 next year, the expanded season will offer earlier flight options from nine UK airports: Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool John Lennon, Manchester, Newcastle International, and London Stansted. This expansion totaling over 35,000 extra seats, covers destinations like Malaga, Costa de Almeria, Majorca, Dalaman, Lesvos, Skiathos, Split, and Dubrovnik. Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, highlighted the growing demand for summer 2024 and even 2025, prompting the company’s response with more flight and holiday options across Spain, Turkey, Greece, and Croatia, ensuring customers and independent travel agents have ample choices for their bookings.
