The budget airline EasyJet has announced it is opening a brand new UK base at London Southend airport in Essex. This will “create about 130 jobs for the company.
This will see six new flight routes created, including to Turkey and Tunisia.
It will be companies tenth airbase in the UK.
London Southend airport said in a recent press release that the move is great news to the people of East Anglia for air travel.
