Planes & The Weather

While most people often head abroad for a warmer climate in the summer months heading somewhere too hot could cause problems for your flight.

With temperatures soaring to near 30 degrees here in the United Kingdom it could possibly lead to flight delays & cancellations.

As I’m sure your all aware aircraft need lift to be able to fly and this is why they use the air pressure to stay up in the air, but during extreme heat conditions it would make it even harder to land or take off. Meaning, if the temperature at your origin or destination is too hot in can delay or even cancel your flight.
